How We develop:
Blast Motion Sensors and Rapsodo flight monitor to track swing speeds and gather data.
Use of weighted bats and plyo balls that improve swing mechanics, power, barrel accuracy and muscle memory.
We train game-like conditions: machines and mixed BP along with tee and flip drills.
